Experiential Learning will enable participants to observe concepts and lead to behavioral changes. They will practice working in teams, taking risks and seeing result in real time. The whole exercise fosters deeper appreciation of teamwork, gain analytical skills and managerial thinking in the process.
Team is delivered by facilitators with rich experience in industry and academia. Simulation and Case Studies form an integral part of the program. It works on 4C’s viz. Competency, Cost Control, Competition Intelligence and Coordination.
